The Best CRM for Real Estate Agents in 2018... You Tell Us!

What’s the Best CRM for Real Estate Agents?

Realtors today have a host of options to choose from when searching for a real estate CRM in 2018. When agents decide they’re ready to jump on board with a new CRM (or if they’ve finally decided it’s time to change CRM software companies), naturally the question is, ‘What’s the best CRM for Real Estate Agents?’

The answer: It depends on your unique needs. What’s best for one agent is not what’s best for another. To know which CRM is right for you, it’s important to clearly understand what features will benefit you the most.

Do Real Estate CRM Comparison Charts Tell The Whole Story?

There are a number of real estate CRM comparison charts and realtor CRM matrix pieces on the web, but finding one that is not created by or sponsored by a particular CRM company is hard to find; most CRM compare charts are biased in one way or another.

We’ve seen a lot of these comparison charts, because part of our R&D process here at Realvolve is to constantly seek out the best new CRMs for realtors and learn how we could improve. Our goal is to be the best, to serve our agents the best, and to provide as much value as possible.

Naturally, we'd love to show you a features matrix with us vs. the others out there, such as LionDesk, Top Producer, and others, but we feel that they all pretty much do the same things that we do...except for one major difference (read on).

Building the PERFECT Real Estate CRM

What sets Realvolve apart from other CRMs is that we are continuously seeking out inspiration from YOU, Mr. or Mrs. CRM shopper!

Our goal is to discover the features that real estate agents need—or even those you dream about—so that we can build the perfect real estate CRM. We realize we could ask our existing customers, and while we’re proud to say we rarely have anyone leave us, we know that there are tons of non-customers out there with unique needs that we want to know about.

Imagine you are the president of a CRM company. Let’s say you’re the Steve Jobs-type of leader—someone who knows no boundaries, sees no limits, who imagines the unimaginable—what would the PERFECT CRM do for you? What problems would it solve? Tell us, and we’ll get to work! (Or maybe Realvolve is already the perfect CRM for you; in that case, let’s get you in for a demo!)

If you have about 90 seconds to fill out our quick survey (just 9 questions), you can help us create the perfect real estate CRM for YOU.

Fill out our survey, get a free white paper!

As a way of saying thank you for completing our survey, we have a surprise gift for you at the end: our most downloaded white paper in the history of our company!

Now, it wouldn’t be a surprise if we told you what it is, but here’s a hint—after reading it, you'll be far more well-versed in your understanding of web leads than any of your colleagues. Essentially, it's a dive into what kinds of web leads are available and what the experts say about them!

Well, there goes the surprise (I always do that).

To take our survey and download our whitepaper, please click here.

Thank you so much for reading this post and completing our survey. Be sure to check out our other posts! And if you're curious about Realvolve, remember that we always offer free 14-day trials and free demos to anyone who asks.
